What to Do Before Your Technician Arrives

How Does Professional Carpet Deodorizing Work?
Household deodorizing sprays mask odour at the surface. COIT's deodorizers are applied by a technician who first identifies the odour source, because the treatment differs depending on whether the cause is pet urine, smoke, mildew, or something else.
Pet urine in particular requires an enzyme treatment that breaks down the compounds causing the smell, since the source often sits in the carpet backing or underpad rather than the fibre.
