Overall great experience using COIT. Had my couches cleaned. Tech was great at communicating from setting up appointment to updates on arrival and completing job. He was transparent about my options before starting job so I could choose what was best for me (and my pocket book). The technician did a phenomenal job and was able to remove stains that were set in the fabric.
The techs cleaned my granite countertops and backsplashes around the counter and behind the stove. I thought they were pretty clean. But I could not believe how much better the stone surfaces looked and how meticulous they were cleaned. They look brand new. The surface is very slick and shiny. They guys were friendly and polite. I will do this every year now.
